In the tense 72 hours before D-Day, the fate of the Allied invasion hangs on one notoriously unpredictable force: the British weather. Brendan Fraser stars as General Dwight D. Eisenhower, faced with the decision of whether to launch the largest seaborne invasion in history, while military meteorologist Captain James Stagg must convince him that his forecast can be trusted. With time running out and thousands of lives at stake, the pressure becomes almost unbearable. Adapted from David Haig’s acclaimed stage play, Pressure transforms a remarkable true story into a gripping wartime thriller about uncertainty, responsibility and the momentous consequences of a single decision.
