Journey to the underworld and back with the international musical phenomenon Hadestown. Winner of eight Tony Awards, including Best Musical, Anaïs Mitchell’s acclaimed show reimagines the ancient Greek myths of Orpheus and Eurydice, and Hades and Persephone, through an irresistible blend of American folk, blues and New Orleans-inspired jazz. Young lovers Orpheus and Eurydice dream of a better world, but temptation leads them towards the industrial realm of Hadestown, ruled by Hades himself. Filmed live on stage in London’s West End and featuring the original Broadway stars, this is a chance to experience the spellbinding musical on the big screen.
